While owned by Edelbrock and Guldstrand, how did they know if their performance products would perform?? Simple. Use Garfield as the R & D mule for their performance products. And that they did. Garfield was the single most tool utilized in developing most of the performance manifolds and suspension systems that these companies put out for small block Chevrolets and that you see for sale today in the performance shops.
